1. Price Information
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the website.  All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T. where appropriate. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price.  In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed. 
 

2. Ordering Goods 
To buy products from our web site you will need to register with the site (new customers) or log in to the site (existing customers who have already registered). You will be prompted to do this when entering the checkout process.  Alternatively you may use the “log in” button at the top right of the page.   To order goods from the web site simply click the "add to cart" button next to the item of your choice.  After making your selections enter checkout process using the "Go to Checkout" button displayed beneath your order details. You will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the checkout pages. During the checkout process you will be prompted to confirm delivery details and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.  Finally you will be asked for details of the credit/debit card you wish to use. At any point you can return to a previous screen to make amendments. After entering your credit/debit card details you will have a final chance to check all the details of your order. Selecting "Place your Order" will generate and transmit your order. If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us either by email (info@ultimotive.com) or fax (0871 989 2992). Ultimotive Ltd will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied when registering with our website, however this will not bring into existence a legally binding agreement between us.  All orders placed on Ultimotive Limited are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described in section 4 below.  Also please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices.  No contract will exist between you and Ultimotive Limited for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged.  This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you.  Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. Details of your order will be retained by Ultimotive Limited on our database and these details can be made available on request. Please email us at Info Ultimotive.com.  

3. Payment 
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your purchase. 
 
4. Validation Checks 
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit and charge cards, Ultimotive Limited will validate the names and addresses supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data). We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order. 

5. Liability 
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay. 

 

6. Delivery of Goods 
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands,Channel Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead time.  Please contact Ultimotive Limited direct for extra charges in these areas.


Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work.

Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by Courier.  A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Courier deliveries.


6a.  Delivery Charges
If a product is available to purchase online, post and packaging is charged in addition to the prices shown.

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.  The delivery charge depends on the size of the product ordered.  You only pay one delivery charge irrespective of the number of products ordered.  If you order 2 or more products that fall into different categories, the higher charge will apply:

When you add products to your shopping cart the appropriate charge will be added automatically.  All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process.

 

 6b. Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).  In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.

From the receipt of your order we will endeavor to deliver your chosen items to you within 7/10 working days providing the goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page.

Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer.

Risk of the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.  All deliveries must be signed for.  If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

IMPORTANT
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.  We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

7. Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery 
We can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses. 
We can deliver to most addresses in the U.K. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to non-UK destinations, including the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us by email

8. Complaints and Queries 
If you are not happy with any aspect of our online service or if you have any queries or comments relating to an order placed online, please either e-mail us at 
info@ultimotive.com or telephone us on 0845 373 1350, or write Ultimotive Limited, Alresford Road, Wivenhoe, Essex, CO7 9JX we will do everything we can to help you. 

9. Unwanted Goods 
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 28 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund. Methods of return are as follows: 
By Post. You will have received a return form with your order which you may use to return it. You are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post. 
 This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. If you post the item to us, or we collect it, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment, within 14 days 

10.  Faulty Goods
 If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price.   Simply return it to us by one of the following methods:
By post (if the item has been posted to you).  You will have received a return form with your order which you may use to return it.  You are advised to return a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post.
 Our delivery note or other proof of purchase must accompany the returned product.  Upon receipt of the product we will examine it or we may have to return it to the Manufacturer for examination.  We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 14 days.

11. Colour Reproduction 
Reproduction of colour online is as accurate as photographic and electronic processes will allow. 

12. Safe Shopping Guarantee 
We have used every effort to ensure that shopping on the Internet with Ultimotive Limited is safe. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information sent over the Internet. In processing your order, your information may have to be sent over the Internet more than once. At no point is your order information sent in this way without encryption. 

 13. Thawte Authentic Site 
This website has been issued with a Secure Server Digital Certificate by the online Certificate Authority Thawte and has been authorised to display the Thawte Authentic Site seal. The Thawte Digital ID is an electronic licence credential for online business. It confirms that Ultimotive Limited is a legitimate website and establishes an encrypted communication channel protecting all information you send over the Internet while you are using this website.
