Returns Policy

Ultimotive has a 7-day returns policy.  Goods returned within 7 days in the original condition and packaging may be exchanged or a credit note issued.  The customer is liable for all delivery charges for the return.  Detailed information on our Returns Procedures can be found at Ultimotive Returns Procedures

In order to ensure that all goods returned to Ultimotive are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible, we would appreciate you taking a few minutes to download the appropriate files from the list below and read our Returns Procedures. The Ultimotive Goods Return Sheet should also be printed out, completed as required and included in the package when goods are returned. This will help us to provide the best possible level of service to our customers.
